Cancellation Policy
It is important to note that car detailing can take time and that depending on the state of the vehicle this can increase or decrease the time needed and potentially the cost of the service. As such before a job is begun an inspection of the car is preformed and a more accurate estimate of the time frame and price will be given to the client. This number is decided by the employed company and will have to be mutually agreed on, in the case that it is not no cancellation policy is in effect at this time. If a job is partially completed before being cancelled by the client for any reason, a portion of the cost must still be paid dependent on the time committed to the work, based on the time frame provided on the website. This happens unless a suitable return date and time is discussed with the client to complete the work for the originally agreed price.
If in any case a job is cancelled by either the client or employee before the booking, there is no charge and if paid online then a full refund will be issued to the client. If the employee has to cancel the job for any reason then a return date will be discussed to complete the work, otherwise partial payment will occur again for the degree of work put into the job.
Refund Policy
In the case of a refund, depending on circumstances of completion of the car ie. what particular problems the client has with the work preformed, a partial refund will be issued based on the price of the specific work. This will only take place if both parties can not agree for a date to redo the specific issue.
